Refund policy
Due to the nature of our business producing cosmetic products, all sales are final, no returns, refunds, or exchanges, please take your time ordering to be sure to input your information correctly. The only exceptions are if your package arrived broken or we made a mistake on your order.
Broken Package
We take it upon ourselves to ensure your package arrives safely, so we will replace any items that arrived damaged in transit. Please email us as soon as you receive your order. Please send pictures of broken items and your order number in email. Please also file a claim with USPS as they are responsible for the damage.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
