Lift your vibration series: Spiritual Self Love Bath

Valentine’s day was just last week so we know you may still have some roses left over. In this recipe, we will be showing you how to make homemade rosewater and how to draw yourself a high vibrational bath.

Homemade Rose Water

  • 4 cups of water
  • 4-5 fresh roses (5 = high potency)
  • Medium-sized pot
  • Strainer
  • Glass container

Instructions

Fill the pot with 4 cups of cold water. You can make any size but just follow the ratio of 1:1 so you can have fragrant and effective rose water. Place it on low-medium heat and cover. Bring to a rolling boil then cut the heat off. Wait 5 minutes then add your rose petals. Push them down into the water, stir for 30 seconds then cover. Let them steep for 10-15 min. The leaves should begin to look purplish-pink and some will have turned transparent.  Strain flowers and place them in a jar to be set aside.

Self Love Bath

  • 1 fresh rose
  • Crystals of love (ex: rose quartz, clear quartz)
  • 2-4 cups of rose water
  • 2 tbsp of Pink salt
  • 2 tbsp of Sea salt
  • 2 tbsp of Epsom salt
  • 5 drops of Geranium, frankincense and myrrh, orange oil
  • Mesh bag
  • White or pink candles
  • Paper & pencil (optional)

Shower and Clean yourself thoroughly before getting in this bath!

Mix the salt, dry herbs, and oils together first, while you are mix them, imagine a green light pouring from your heart space into your arms through your hands. Say whatever loving affirmations to yourself while you do this.

Place salts in a mesh bag with crystals and tie closed. While you are preparing your bath water, think of the things you love about your life and yourself. Say them aloud if need be. Let the memories of love and tender moments flow through your mind. Turn on 528hz frequency music if it’s hard for you to at first, it’ll help. Place the salt bag in your bathwater. Use your hand to mix the ingredients around the bath and say “ I Love you ( your name) ” aloud.

Light your candles, incense, play the love frequency, and stay off your phone. Immerse yourself in the bath and the sounds for 30 minutes max. Write a love letter to yourself or say this aloud slowly.

I love and respect myself. I put my peace above all. I am in full control of myself and my life. I am accountable for my actions. I do not allow low moments to lower my vibration. I am ever-evolving and I give myself room to grow without harsh self-criticism.”

Bring the waters up your body, then stand up and drain the tub.

Air dry only, wrap yourself in a shaw and go to a nice warm meditation spot where you will be undisturbed.

Then enter the next phase of meditation. The goal here is to deeply relax and try to think of absolutely nothing. We know this can be hard for beginners, but have faith in yourself. Notice your thoughts pass through your mind like passing cars but do not analyze them. Give no energy to them, just simply observe where your mind goes during this time. Appreciate your mind, body, and spirit during this time. Give thanks for having a healthy body, legs that walk, arms and fingers that move. A mind to think and a spirit that loves. Feel the gratitude open your heart chakra as you give yourself the love you deserve.

Thank yourself for taking the time out of your day to do this for yourself. Bask in this radiance of love while you complete your usual after-shower routine.

I hope this recipe helped you remember to love yourself first because self-love is the best love.
